Happy New Year 5770 from Kulinary Adventures!

Happy new year from Kulinary Adventures! Once again, it is time to get together with family and friends to celebrate the holidays, to pray and reflect, and of course, to eat! Kulinary Adventures is looking ahead to an exciting new year and we wanted to share some things we are looking forward to.

First, if you have not already done so, please go to www.kulinaryadventures.com and subscribe to our newsletter! The current issue includes a great holiday recipe for 100% fat-free (but you wouldn't know it if we didn't tell you) angel food cake, perfect to complement any holiday meal. Trust us, your friends and family will love this cake. The newsletter also introduces a new variety of apple for your Rosh Hashanah table, the Newtown Pippin. It tastes great with honey and without!

Then, winter may be coming, but KA is already thinking ahead to spring. Our next Adventure will take place in New York City in June, and we are already hard at work arranging for the best cooking classes, planning unique trips (including an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of an artisan kosher chocolate factory, complete with tastings, of course!), and signing up the up-and-coming chefs who are already turning the kosher culinary world on its head. More details will follow, but keep an eye out for information on our website, www.kulinaryadventures.com. And please, please, please tell your friends!

As always, keep checking this blog for more recipes, fun food facts, and details about upcoming tours. And we want to be your Facebook friend, so join our group. Visit www.facebook.com and type "Kulinary Adventures" into the search box. You can follow Kulinary Adventures on Twitter too!

Have a happy, healthy, and delicious new year!
